, we will send you a quote for any vehicles and hours requested. To book you will need to make a deposit to confirm, once your deposit is paid, we will send you an invoice receipt of payment made and balance owing.
l All enquiries and bookings are not confirmed unless a deposit is made. Dates and reservations are open to anyone unless booking is made by payment of deposit. GK Limousine Ltd has the right to terminate any reservations if the client has failed to make a deposit or payment.
l Standard reservations require a 50% deposit on total quoted price and balance to be paid in full prior to date booked, unless otherwise arranged. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total price quoted is required to secure and confirm bookings for weddings.
l All discount incentive paid in full will have a 25% non-refundable cancellation fee. The total refunded will be minus 25% on the total paid.
l Standard rates apply strictly to a straight pick up from one location and drop off to the next location within the minimum of 1 hour, no extra picks along the way as this will be an additional charge, unless pre-organised and booked and charged accordingly on request.
l Any bookings that require more than 2 days service must book with a 50% deposit with full payment made 2 days prior to the booking date. Any additional days or hours will be charged accordingly and paid in full immediately.
l Tour reservations unless otherwise requested, all attractions fees, refreshments and meals are excluded. Overnight Tours will incur an additional cost of $150 per night to cover Drivers meals and accommodation allowances.
l Reservations cancelled within 7 days may incur a $100 cancellation fee per vehicle. If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours this is subject to 50% payment of the total costs. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours are subject to full payment non-refundable.
l For all other bookings, we recommend that you make your reservation at least 48 hours prior to the actual pick-up time. However, last minute reservations are possible depending on vehicle availability. To avoid misunderstanding, please check your confirmation carefully. If you find any mistakes or have any changes, please contact us immediately. All booking reservations are subject to the terms and conditions set out by this contract.
l There is NO surcharge for services provided on public holidays, and Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year Eve.
l All vehicles are Non Smoking, any violation in regards to this will result in an immediate termination of hire without refund.
l In the event where a passenger has an excess of baggage, GK Limousine Ltd reserves the right to refuse any luggage or property in the car which in our opinion would result in the vehicle being damaged or unsafe to drive on the road.
l GK Limousine Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried within or on our vehicles howsoever such loss or damage may be caused.
l GK Limousine Ltd expressly prohibits any person other than our chauffeurs to drive our vehicles except in the case where a hirer has taken out a self-drive agreement.
l If additional cleaning services are required to remove difficult stains through spillages or sickness, a minimum charge of no less than $150.00 will be required to cover these costs. Any damage caused through mistreatment of the vehicle will require a deposit of no less than 50% of the quoted cost to repair the damage. Full payment will be required upon completion of repairs.
l GK Limousine Ltd will not be liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, road conditions, and breakdown. We will try our very best to provide a solution under the circumstances at the time.
l All advertised fares are subject to change without notice and may be higher during holidays or special events.
l Prices include all local taxes and are quoted in New Zealand dollars.
l We reserve the rights to refuse service to anyone that does not apply to the terms and conditions set by United Transport.
l GK Limousine Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Agreement in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective when notice of such change is posted.
